We deliver nationwide across Kenya. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Free shipping on orders over KShs 10,000.

Returns

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
